i-CABLE Communications Limited ("i-CABLE") announced today that Ms. Leung Shuk Yee Irene ("Ms. Leung") has tendered her resignation as Chief Operating Officer to the Board of Directors (the "Board") with effect from 1 February 2020.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Ms. Leung for her invaluable contributions to the Group over the past two years. Under her leadership, the operating efficiency was enhanced through corporate restructuring. She has gained achievements in enhancing business operation by strategic reorganization and expansion of telecommunications services, in addition to the development of various partnership projects and new media platforms. She has laid the cornerstones for the Group's business transformation.
