Fantastic Television Limited (Fantastic TV) obtains the Communications Authority's approval of its application for extending the deadline of launching its integrated English channel from 30 May 2018 to 30 July 2018.

Fantastic TV is required to launch its 24-hour English channel by 30 May 2018 in accordance with the licence provisions, and has been actively taking part in the relevant preparation work for the launch of its English channel. However, the completion of the preparation work requires additional time due to reasons like the change of personnel during the process. In this connection, Fantastic TV applied to the CA for extension of the deadline for launching its English channel from 30 May 2018 to 30 July 2018. The CA granted the approval of the application.

Fantastic TV will press ahead with the final stage of the preparation work for the launch of its 24-hour English channel by 30 July 2018.
