CABLE TV is pleased to announce its carriage of the DFB-Pokal for two further consecutive seasons with exclusive broadcast rights in Hong Kong. Starting from 29 July, CABLE TV will live broadcast selected matches, enabling viewers to witness the most highly anticipated moments of the competition.

The 80th of DFB-Pokal will commence on 29 July 2022. 64 teams are fully equipped and ready to compete on this prestigious title and the eligibility of the UEFA Europa League. Bayern Munich, who had been the champion of the DFB-Pokal for 20 times, spent over 100 million euro to strengthen themselves to compete for the champion again in this season after early elimination in the previous campaign. CABLE TV has specially scheduled the selected matches, as known as Dynamo Dresden will face Stuttgart at 11:55pm on 29 July (Hong Kong Time), live broadcasting on CABLE Sports (HD 601 / SD 661), while 1860 Munich will face Dortmund at 2:40am on 30 July (Hong Kong Time), live broadcasting on Sports Plus 1 (HD602 / SD662).
