i-CABLE Communications Limited ("i-CABLE") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tsang Sing Ming as Consultant, External Affairs of the Company with effect from 2 October 2018.

Mr Tsang is an experienced senior management in the media industry, having developed his expertise in the industry with profound experience in public relations and extensive social network.
