Responsibilities:

  • Shift duties (7x24)
  • Coordinate with fiber management & network & TV operation for case resolution
  • Handle Building Management Office inbound enquires and enterprise customers
  • Carry out data center operational tasks with data backup, performance monitoring & controls
  • Perform Tier 1 technical support for system and network operations like health check
  • Perform system documentation and preparation of reports

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1-2 year relevant working experience
  • Basic knowledge on IT and desktop computer
  • Hard-working, punctuality and positive attitude
  • Able to work on-site, 7x24 shift and overnight shift
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed in junior position
