Job Description

  • To be responsible for handling key customer enquiries and complaints; analyzing customer feedback and identifying the root cause of each case for continuous service improvement;
  • To participate in the quality assurance projects to achieve a high level of service quality and operation efficiency;
  • To prepare and conduct training programs for regulatory compliance and policies enforcement

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
  • Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Independent, well-organized, customer-oriented with analytical mind
