Mr.TANG Sing Ming Sherman (“Mr. Tang”) has been appointed an independent non-executive Director since January 2014. He is also a member of the Audit Committee.

He holds a Master degree in Electrical Engineering and a degree of Doctor in Medicine from the University of Southern California, the United States of America. Mr. Tang is a seasoned entrepreneur in the hospitality industry and has over 20 years of experience in investment and operation of restaurants, cafes and bars. He is the founder and owner of the Epicurean Group and also served as the chairman and chief executive officer of Epicurean and Company, Limited (now known as StarGlory Holdings Company Limited), a listed public company in Hong Kong, until his resignation in November 2016.
