Mr. TANG Sing Ming Sherman (“Mr. Tang”) has been appointed an independent non-executive Director since January 2014. He is also a member of the Audit Committee.

He holds a Master degree in Electrical Engineering and a degree of Doctor in Medicine from the University of Southern California, the United States of America. Mr. Tang is a seasoned entrepreneur in the hospitality industry and has over 30 years of experience in investment and operation of restaurants, cafes and bars. He is the founder and owner of the Epicurean Group.
